We offer moorings on an annual contract only.

There is NO access to Hall & Woodhouse (H&W) from Millstream Moorings.

Please do not moor your vessel at Millstream when visiting H&W. The nearest moorings that can be used when accessing H&W are the town moorings on the Maidenhead side of the river.

Thames Mooring at Taplow

Our Thames mooring at Taplow, offers a stunning riverfront just off the main Thames channel. The moorings are close to Maidenhead bridge.

There is no access to H&W from the moorings.

What to do in an emergency while at the Moorings

If someone is in the water

  • Throw them a lifering or throwline and pull them back to the pontoon or riverbank

  • Call 999 and ask for the Ambulance

If someone is in the water and cannot be reached by a lifering or throwline or they have been swept downstream

  • Call 999 and ask for search and rescue

  • Tell Search and Rescue that that the person is on the Boulters to Bray reach. Please indicate which side of the river they were on. For reference Millstream Moorings Ltd is located on the Taplow side of the river Thames.

If someone has been seriously injured at the Moorings and requires the emergency services

  • Do not move them unless in immediate danger or safe to do so

  • Call 999 and ask for the Ambulance

If someone experiences a cardiac emergency

  • Call 999 and ask for the Ambulance.

For any other life threating or serious condition

  • Call 999 and ask for assistance

Note an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is understood to be available in the following locations:
